Justin, 26, has been searching recently for a promise ring for Jess, 25. “Justin isn’t ready to propose, but he wants to make a commitment to her,” says a Justin insider, who adds that the pop star has been checking out platinum rings with <a href=http://www.yourloosediamonds.com/ ” target=”_blank”>diamonds and sapphires</a> at Neil Lane and Rafinity in Santa Monica.
